DJI Phantom 3 Standard

In the year of 2017 there are a lot of drones that the average consumer can choose from and of all the brands DJI tends to lead that pack. The DJI Phantom 3 Standard is one of the older ones but the price point tends to be better then that of its new counter parts. It may be missing a couple of the  new tech but it might work out for most.

The DJI Phantom 3 was released in 2013 so it is 4 years old at this point, and because of that its price has decreased to a more affordable $500 dollars. While most people would look at that and think 500 thats a of paper, but what you get is a Camera that can fly at insane heights and record great picture. For example the DJI phantom 4 Advanced cost about 1,350 (This is one of the newest of the Drones).

Buying a drone that was came out in 2013 has its down falls. First fast forwarding to 2017 and newer drones have features that allow them to follow an object; this would be a nice feature for someone that wants to record themselves. New model also have 4k cameras, the Phantom 3 has a 2.7k (or around there). The DJI Mavic also folds up, this small drone is really proratable. While newer drones have more features I still think that the DJI Phantom 3 is worth it just for the price, I would suggest this to anyone on a budget.
